Where can I collect my order?

Collections are based in Egremont in the Lake District. Our handcrafted products are also stocked in selected retail shops across the Lake District. Once full payment has been received, we will send an email confirming your order is ready alongside the exact pick-up location details.

What are your collection hours?

Standard collections operate between 09:00 and 14:30 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with evening collection slots from 17:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. Additional late-night collection slots are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What do I need to bring for collection?

You do not need to bring any physical paperwork. Simply come along during the agreed collection times after you have received your collection confirmation email.

What are your delivery fees?

Local delivery fees range between £2.50 and £9.99 depending on your destination. Delivery within and around Egremont, Whitehaven, and Workington is £5.00, whilst delivery to Carlisle is £9.99.

When do local deliveries take place?

Local deliveries are coordinated throughout the week, with dedicated delivery rounds and evening options arranged on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

How are candles and wax melts packaged?

Every order is packed in carefully curated packaging featuring protective custom filling. This safeguards the delicate wax shapes, keeping melts and candles securely intact throughout transit.
